cur=1e-7*(exp((v(vout)-v(n1))/((v(vph)-v(n2))/0.026/39))-1)

hi dude,

coding it in verilog is not a big deal, but first of all, let me know the description of akk the variables on right-hand side.

what's this v(n1) ? is it a function or variable?
and do specify the precision needed.

Hi!!!
May be is a verilog-a it ?

Right! It is a verilog-a. While v(out) means the voltage of the node out, the other v(*) have the same meaning. and cur means the current from out to n1.
Regards!
