How to do monte-carlo simulation on P1dB , IIP3 , IIP2 and IM3 in cadence virtuoso?

Hello,
I know how to do pss simulation in cadence to get P1dB and IIP3, But in order to do monte-carlo simulation in cadence, we need to define their formula in cadence virtuoso calculator. can you help me to do monte-Carlo simulation on aforementioned parameters?
