i have designed a l transimpedance amplifier for optical preamplifier,
i needed designing an AGC for controlling the overload of optical power, but i don't know the theory of CMOS peak detector, can you recommend some paper about CMOS AGC and peak detector?

Hi,

There are a few papers which have the design of AGC for Transimpedance amplifier design using CMOS process. Search in IEEE, Solid State Circuit. Im sure you will get your answer there.

Thanks,
