How to create a hex file to burn on 89C51 in Keil ?

Hi, If any one tell me the procdure For the creation of .hex file in order to burn in Atmel 89C51 Microcontroller....................using Keil Software,Althogh i have done the same thing in Philips software but don't know what are the mistake yet to make .hex converted by .asm using Keil Software

Go to Project\Option for Target ' Target1'
Choose Tab: "Output" and check in "Create Hex file"
then Rebuil the project, a hex file will apear
