You can use Partion magic or acronis disk director. If you are interested in open source try GParted.

Also Paragon Partition Manager can do the job.
Make sure that you have a backup of your important data before you proceed to any kind of disk operation

You should have to reformat your drive or Partition magic is the best option in my opinion..
