pic16f628 help

does anyone have been use PIC microcontroller playing with Mini SSC2 ? i want to use PIC16f628 to control the mini SSC2 by using PICBasic.. but i have no idea on how to write the code to control the SSC2. any suggestion? any sample code for PIC??
