connect to internet using a d600

hello,i am having a samsung sgh d600 model mobile phone.i want to connect to BSNL GPRS using this phone on my computer.how to do so.in the pc suite,in the networking wizard,settings for connecting to BSNL GPRS is not give.how to create a custom connection...or how to create a new connection.please help.
