how to common mode voltage for opamp

I am working on current scaling DAC.How to give common mode volatge to OPAMP because OPAMP is connected as source follower.Please help me.Its very urgent.

Opamp as source follower? I suppose, you mean unity gain amplifier?
Do you know what common mode voltage is?
Your question is not clear for me.
