How to classify a mp3 file as a VBR?

i have a mp3 file, how would i clasify it as a VBR?? what is VBR?
and what is bitrate on mp3?

VBR is Variable Bit Rate.

Bitrate in MP3 is meant, number of bit used to encode the audio...

To check if your MP3 is VBR, most MP3 player on PC could show you, by just viewing the files property...
