Hello ,I need to use PSPICE to simulate NMOS circuit BREAKN.
Unlike LTSPICE where we have a normal SPICE text
in this old PSPICE version when i do edit model i get the following structure as shown bellow
I know that there are more modern PSPICE version where we can edit the spice as normal text but in this form shown bellow
How do i edit my Vt or Kn for example?
Thanks.
