How to begin working with PIC?

Hi Friends, I am a new beginner to the PIC. What should i start to do? Please help me.

Lots of answers are given for this Question. Please go thro this forum you get the answer for your question about where to begin PIC.

By the way You get the manual from www.microchip.com .
Search for PIC midrange Reference Manual. It will give you all about PIC microcontroller. For programming buy a low cost programmer else a demoboard start programming in assembly and test them.

visit www.microchip.com u will get all the data sheets and application notes to get started. Also visit www.microchipc.com, it is a very useful site.
use winpic800 software with JDM hardware to program the chips, both of these are already available on the forum.
