how to and what are the rules and ways create the foot prints?

hi seniors,
i have doubt create the foot prints in orcad ,

i created one project and in which one 15 pin connector there. for that i just wanna create foot print ,but everytime i am getting error like pin 1 is missing

pin 2 is missing likewise all pins .

i had used that orcad pcb designer software in which used package symbol wizard .

add-lines , drawn the rectangle in sub.class : Assembly top

then layout-pins i have taken the pad35cir21d this padstack.

placed the 15 pins ,

then add- line- drawn full covered rectangle by sub.class: silkscreen top

and then layout - Refdes -U** ,.,...,.,..,...,.,?????? my guess is correct means i have error mistake at this place

when i was save the page it shows refdes error and warning ,,.,.






so please help dears, i need a help from you.
