How to add model file to ADS

Hi there,

I wonder in ADS if I can specify a model file for it to use , just like In Cadence . If so , how can i do this?

get the installation guide from ADS homepage.
If you are using Windows based then the steps to install the PDK tech files are quite simple.

you can import model files into ADS from the File->import option. or you install PDK and then it gives you include file.
 

where can i get pdk? is that free?
 

u can use the model include if u have atxt file including the model , then go to data items menu , and select netlist include , with this browse the model file so u included the file
