how to add io pads to analog circuit layout made in UMC 90nm

i have made the layout of op-amp in umc 90nm technology.... now i want to add io pads to my layout..... how can i do it.......

Did you manage to add the io pads ?

I am looking for the pin layers to use as my pins turn out to be unbound.
