how switching point of a gate affect the noise margin of it

Will there be any influence on Noise Margin(VOL VOH VIL VIH values) due to switching point of a gate ? Will

The switching point of the gate will impact the noise-margin. The switching point of the gate can be modified by changing the P/N ratio resulting in high-skew or low-skew gates with lower noise margin for one of the signals.
