Hi for All Ihave Ferrite core the information Is ER53/47/22 the Question is How much power that we can get from this core ? because I want to build SMPS powe supply to car mp3

What your asking is a complicated question which is not going to have a straightfoward answer. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend you read one of these books. Your question and many follow up ones will be asnwered.

Read the books. Abraham Pressman: Switch Power Supplies,

Christopher Bassos, Sanjaya Maniktas, Robert Ericksons etc etc
