i hearing that companies like Wipro, Sasken, Tata-elxsi are sending out their peoples silently!!! Is this news true or "a Rumor"

All companies like FSL, cadence,infineon,etc are doing lay-off. When u compare Lay-off Vs hiring ,there is a big delta ..
If the same trend follows.. They "hire and fire " policy will be applicable in india also..
