then the mask is etched and the side which was doped is masked and the other side is doped.....
ya.. its not like jus bringing together a p-material and a n-material and attaching... it has got so many steps in manufacturing. u better refer to millman. but it would be easy for studying its characteristics, if u jus consider tat they r attached..
