Dear all,
i am not quite clear about the metal0 specification in ASITIC? Since it is assigned in the layer "epi", is metal0 equal to layer "poly" in the fabrication process?

Furthermore, i only know characteristic about the nwell and active area in PDK, how can i specify the "epi layer" in ASITIC??

Thanks for help!

if your process doesnt have epitaxial layer then you dont need to specify it. rest of the layer info should be in the design manual provided by your foundry. check if you already have the techfile, the extension is .tek. see the sample techfile from niknejad
