How can I resolve +CMS ERROR:pS busy in simcom300C GSM modem?

thanks for your attention.
I use from AT Commands in 2 diffrent Time for diffrent usages but i dont need both of them together...

1-for GPRS connection and like what u say in below topic...

these command works but I have problem in connection with proxy and...so I create a dialup connection via windowse connection wizard and my problem solved

these are all of codes,also I try to used from AT&F,AT+CFUN=0,AT+CFUN=4 and then AT+CFUN=1 but my problem still yet.
