How can I plot I-V curve of the diode (HSMS2860) with ADS?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing diode analysis with ADS.

Could anyone please help me how to plot the I-V curve with ADS?

And Vin-Vout curve at 2.4 GHz. (I formed a schematic of my own but I'm not sure if this is correct or not)

This simple zipped file will not work.
Make it "ADS Archive" with extension *.7ads then zip it.Then post it here.
