Excuse me,
Can anyone help me?
Because vendor suggestion me to using Mx Module.
it's internal PA using.

But can't be found PA Loadpull diagram or Impedance circuit suggestion in datasheet.
how can i know or measuring.

Well you have not told us the frequency, the proper model number of the module or much else. What is "loadpull"?, is it rated power output?, output impedance? If this is a RF module, it is likely that its 50 ohms.

LoadPull is a technique to find the optimum load impedance that gives "Maximum Power" or "Maximum Efficiency" .
It's not a diagram or circuit design technique etc.

You can not use the same factor for maximum power and maximum efficiency, both of these completely neglect the level of distortion (ips), or harmonic distortion you can tolerate.
Try running the amp into different value loads and plot the results.

Thanks for reply!
i'd trying fine tune, but it's not 50ohm impedance block.(vswr<1.2)
the best suggestion i thank, maybe trying depict on it.
