How can i extract .LIB file from encounter?

hi, i create an block of A2D and i want to extract .lef and .lib file for using this block at chip design, I use the tcl script in the encounter cmd for extracing lib file:
do_extract_model -view -blackbox_2d A2D.lib

the encounter give me an ERROR (tcl cmd 164) -
Number of end points not specified

i dont understand how to solve this.
i work at MMMC testcase.

I think you cannot directly extract a .lib file from encouter (it may be encrypted or restricted for aceess) but probably a LEF file can be extracted.
