IPS is Integrated power Supply, basically there's inverter, transformer rectifier, batteries etc...please anyone help me...

I think u mean inverter, battery .IPS means instant power supply.there r many scematic of inverter (simple transistorised or pwm base mosfet technology) in this site.u just search inverter circuit diagram or schematic work according to it.
