Dear All,

Please send me history of cadence and synopsys ... about the company and there famous tools. your views on that.
I am doing a case study on the same companies.

u will get company info on the respective websites
 

They started off early in EDA and have been investing in development and buying competing companies for years. That's how they got to where they are now.
Also check the Wikipedia sites for both companies. Read sites like DeepChip and technology news sites.
 

the cadence is the early EDA tools, It was builded at 1980's,.
the synopsys is the later and the most rapidness
