Currently i'm working on a project related to time domain reflectometry(TDR) which requires an analog to digital conversion (ADC) with a rate at least 32msps. I would be very thankful if anyone can suggest me a micro-controller which is capable of doing that.

Thanks in advance.

No chance. A high recent performance µC (e.g. ARM) should be able to read a data burst in this speed range from an external ADC in DMA mode.

You should use external ADC IC then interface it with high speed uC with DMA capability.
I can't see any other feasible solution for your project.

Maybe you should look for high speed ADC with serial output.
