Hello Everybody

I need to drive a full bridge circuit (for dc motor control)operating on 12V and peak current of 2 A. Could anybody suggest me a circuit for high side low side mosfet gate drive using transistors(npn -pnp).

Complementary or NFET only? High speed (PWM operation) or simple on-off control?
