High AC voltage measurement with opamp circuit

I want to measure AC grid voltage by using an opamp circuit. I have just google it and could not found any solution. Do you have any circuit that you examined before.

Note: Output will swing 0-3.3V, Grid voltage max 260Vrms

A voltage divider with offset source will do, no OP needed.
