i've made a HID bootloader a few weaks ago using 18F4550.

now i need a .hex and source code(in mplab c18) file just to blink 2LEDs on pin 20 and 21.

it'll be better if the file is tested on your system .

i've tried many time and now this thing is driving me crazy.
crazy. crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

help.

Go to any PS3 games site particularly those related to running homebrew on your PS3, you will find tons of information on 18Fx550 based devices, which use bootloaders and blink LEDs besides performing other functions, even my blog has enough tutorial material on the subject.

Run a query on google:
PIC18F4550 jailbreak, you'll find tons of answers and hex files.

Even microchip C18 has a few examples for blinking LEDs, provided you know a bit about C, changing pins and how to start the code so that it doesnt overwrite the bootloader.

thax.
would you plz give a link of your blog site.

"MCHPFSUSB" this is the one from microchip application name is "MCHP_App_Lib_v2010_08_04_Installer.zip" can be downloaded from microchip website, includes lot of sample codes, demo, including bootloader.
Might be a good place to start.
