hi all guys i need yours helps (about gprs)

I'm bginner. i have connected my pc with gprs. i have send/ recevie message to me phone. but i don't know that send data from gprs on my pc to another gprs on other pc , and at command . i want to send/recevie data between 2 gprs by ip . this ip is one of simcard in me phone i understant. so how do it ? please together solve it
