HFSS nodes/elements/numerical data export

Hello i'm new HFSS user and I want to export some data from my symulations but i dont know how to

Lets say I want to export nodes coordinates, elements<->nodes connections and numerical data from selected area, maybe someone know how to do it ?

you can export the file as DXF type, then it can be opened in autocad.
if you export the data file, you can export the data file directly,and it can be opened with excel.
