hi,
while analysing the design in hfss, i get an error "mesh matching process failed" how can i solve it???
thank you.

Maybe there are some solids oversubscribing each other, or a ***** somewhere.

Hello PlanarMetamaterials
I have the same problem and indeed I am using Master/Slave BC in HFSS with array tool. Do you know what the problem and how I could overcome it?
Regards,
Hussam

Generally, this means that the structure is not identical on both mater and slave boundaries. Ensure that both surfaces overlap with exactly the same physical setup.
