Hello, a PCB of mine has a TO-220 semiconductor that liiks like a LM7805 regulator.
It's markings are:

ST: the manufacturer

ST 9627
MOROCCO
8DX34B

Could you please tell me which part is it?

Searching for 9627 does not yeld any meaningfull results.

Are you sure it's not SK instead of ST?
maybe: SK 9627 SI PNP RF POWER TRANSISTOR 8 WATT from RCA
