Dear all,

Can anyone tell me which type of op amp that I design can meet my spec. because I need to draw a layout?

My spec. is shown below.

The more closer that I know are:

LM6152ACM
LM6171AIM
LM6172AMJ-QML

the prices are not well.

I found it using selector guide from national

a fold cascode opa is Ok,but the input output range might a difficulty, you can design a rail 2 rail opa. GL.

the input range is stricted, so I think folded-cascode opm is needed.

Hey! wjxcom,

Can you give me that circuit?

And, do you know what does "Sro" mean?

Hope this lecture about rail to rail opa can help you ,GL

folded cascode configuration meet your specfication

You missed some key specs:
Which process will you use? How much is your supply voltage?
Regards,

Regards,

Sorry, Alles.

I use TSMC 0.35µm process and Vdd=3v.

the baisc two stage op of gain is lower and need compensation .Folded cascode OTA the gain is hign but consume more power because it needs more bias current
