help required with matlab code for fingerprint matching

hello friends,

I am facing a problem with the matlab code for minutiae extraction( used for fingerprint matching). It is showing incomplete result for some samples where as it works fine for the others . I am uploading all the required files. Guys please help me out with this.

OK, what are you using the Euclidian distance for ?

SpuriousMinutae=Distance<D; (Maybe you should set your D to less, cause you are losing most of your minutia points here.)
