Help me with LZW technique coding in Matlab

i am the student of computer system engineering.i am doing my final year project on voice compression using a technique "lempel ziv welch" in matlab.i have some problem in coding .please in this regard do me some help.i will waiting for repley.

by Gonzalez & Woods

i cant recall # of related chapter ,but its the chapter which discusses IMAGE COMPRESSION.

well i think uploading the book is illegal here.
but you may find it via web for free.(not really legally!!)
