Help me to design a circuit diagram for DC to AC

hi to all expert,

i need an expert to help me in designing a circuit diagram for DC to AC that generate sine wave graph. The situation is like this, i have a battery charger that has 12v DC supply then converted AC supply of 220v ? please help me.... i need your help very must.....Thank you/....
