help me to calculate the sampling time HTRC110?

Hi,

i have been writing the code for HTRC110 interface to PIC16F877A for reading the tag with range of 125khz. i got some idea form its application note but didn't get the sampling calculation part?

and also i have doubt regarding with tag ,can i use EM based tag or HITAG based tag for HTRC110 ?...
