Help me program Phillips rfid reader chip HTRC1101

can somebody help me with the programming of the philips rfid reader chip HTRC 1101???????As in how to configure the chip in read or write mode etc.The data sheet doesn't give much information about all this.if someone can help me after reading the attached datasheet , i would be thankful.
