instead of piezo (say) buzzer as a indicator ... i need to put a voice command like "stop" or "welcome" as an output like in door bell .....how can i record these sound n install in circuit ....do i need to have separate recorder or IC or sth else ....plz solve this in minimum economical level n as easiest way as u can ...ur reply will be highly appreciable ....thank u

You can buy a cheap voice recorder/player device.
Design the circuit to trigger the playback.
Connect to amplifier to make the voice louder.

thxx..lets try as u said siongboon

Try the winbond ws701, it "translate" ascii input to speach...so from the microcontroller ascii stream to speech..whatever you like. Or ISD1020 chip that can record and playback sound. you can record several samples and play them back by selection true 8bit port
