Help in defining localised ports for lumped element embedding in ie3d

Hi i am currently working on my mtech project wherein i have designed a pentagon patch antenna in ie3d. Further i have used the concept of fractals and tried reconfiguring the patch. The problem i am facing is in defining the localised ports for the slots in my patch as they are not horizontal. is there any other way by which i can define localised ports for the same. I want to add mim capacitor in the trianguar slots and further vary its capacitance as i am reconfiguring the patch using varactor diodes. Please take my problem into consideration and kindly help if possible.

Regards
