i know that there are ways to convert passive resistor to active resistor using transistor.can anyone teach me the simplest way in converting it?i've tried using pmos or nmos but couldn't get the desired voltage drop and current value.

it is very difficult to do this thing .because
the resistor is vary with the terminal voltage of pmos/nmos

You need to give us more detail about your spec of resistance.
