Hi,I am designing PA which requires a transistor which should have fallowing specification

1)LDMOS
2)30-512Mhz frequency range
3)supply voltage 7.2v,current 1.2A
4)output power 5W
It should commercially available for me do fabrication. should get spice model(.net) for AWR tool for software design. I have used L2711. But because of some design issue i can not use this transistor. my input power is -5dbm. Please friends if know any transistor which meets fallowing specification help me out.

Gain = 37dBm-(-5dBm)=43dB ?? @30-512MHz
Single stage won't be enough,you should use at least 3 stages.
Look at www.nxp.com for LDMOS transistors.
For models look at **broken link removed**

Yes big boss 42db gain.. i was using 3 stage.. but in 3 rd stage transistor is going into saturation so i am getting 40-41db gain.. i just need one more db.. but i could not do it because of saturation..
