Help : Enabling usb port from local account in windows xp

Hi,
I am facing the problem that I am not logged on as administrator and I want to enable the usb port. Can any one help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. ?
 

open the user account settings start>control panel>user accounts. find your account and change it system administrator
