I have installed WAMP and Macromedia Dreamweaver but i want to be expert in PHP so plz help me out or refer any books or pdfs

Regarding wamp, you can use the official site:
https://www.wampserver.com/en/

and about PHP, dreamweaver is a good software. Almost gives anything you want in PHP.

you can request for PHP books. or google it. You'll find thousands of books.
