H-Bridge using microcontroller

Hi

Can any body plz tell me how to construct H-bridge so that i can drive 12v 10 rpm dc motor using 89v51rd2. I have two 9640 for p type high side switching and two 80NF55 N type mosfet for low side switching. I have 4 BC547. I tried it but no result. Can somebody properly guide me hw to do that.

i would prefer to use an IC for this better than construct one because this will be more reliable and more stable and also will provide you more safety issues for your circuit and also ofcourse cheaper
i recommend LG9110 to control one motor
and also L293D
to control two motors

HI,

I also suggest you to use any one drive IC. In one of our project we use L298 for control two dc motor with only one L298.
Using L298, you can also control direction of DC motor (forward or reverse).

google the L298 and you get more information about how to control DC motor with this IC.

but my purpose are more than that. I require to drive mosfets in many other projects too, that's i am keen in constructing it.

yes,friend you can use this type of H-bridge to operate the dc motor like the attachment image .Now you can use BC547 as npn and BC557 as pnp
