H bridge LT Spice Help

I am trying to make H bridge on LTSpice. I made a circuit and give the pulses at the gate of Mosfet...

I am geting 2 pules at the different time at the output.
when Q1 and Q4 is ON and Q2 and Q3 is off.
and when Q2 and Q3 is on and other off.

but donot know how i got the 2 more state of zero. by turning on Q1 and
Q2 and Q3 and Q4 off and then Q3 and Q4 on and Q1 and Q2 off.


i need a sine wave at the output?

The high side gate drive voltages has to be referred to respective source terminal rather than ground. Otherwise the transistors won't fully turn on.

What do you mean? To generated sine PWM, you have to design a PWM modulator.
