hi

I want to build a drivers circuit (H Bridge) but I don’t know which type of transistor is reliable between BJT and MOSFET anyone can help me with clear data of these two transistors and which one is preferable if possible you can give me a circuit diagram of an H-Bridge thanks.

Why not use an IC driver?

I may have misunderstood, are you asking for the H bridge driver (that drives the output stage) or the H bridge mosfets?
You also have to provide some specs like the voltage & current.

5V input and the output must not be less than 3V thanks.

This answers only one of my three questions.
Are you asking about the output stage and what current?
