H.264 encoder chip: which one?

Hi,

I'm looking for an H.264 hardware encoder chip.

Specs:

1. One input channel
2. No external DDR memory

Any ideas?

Some solutions about HISILICON chips maybe can used,but encoder chips often working with EXT RAM.
