Hi,
I want to design RC osc which outputs square wave.
for this which book should i refer?
from where should i start study for this RC osc?

u can use 555 for the purpose! 555 in astable mode with capacitors having low leakage currents to have accurate oscilations,

U can study about 555 IC , from this LINK

A Schmitt (74HC14) oscillator will also make a square
wave simply. It may (or not) be lower power as the
Schmitt draws supply current across a fairly wide input
band and you spend all yout time within that band, at
least the one inverter that's doing the ramp/comp work.

R+C+inverter+discharging transistor.
